How to reach the taxi meeting point
Follow this step-by-step route from Arrivals Hall 01 at Terminal 1 to the meeting point where your vehicle will be waiting.
First, check your type of pick-up
If your booking includes Meet & Greet, your driver will wait directly outside Arrivals Hall 01 holding a sign with your name. In that case, you do not need to follow this guide.
If your booking does not include Meet & Greet, follow these directions to the taxi meeting point, where your vehicle will be waiting.
This guide is only for passengers who need to walk to the taxi meeting point. If your driver is waiting with a sign showing your name, do not follow this route.
From Arrivals Hall 01 to the taxi meeting point
When you leave the arrivals area, you will be facing door 10. From there, follow these photographs in order.

You are facing door 10.
Do not go outside through this door.

Turn right.
From door 10, turn right and continue walking inside the terminal.

Continue inside the terminal.
Keep walking straight inside the terminal. Do not go outside yet.

Continue towards door 11.
Keep following the same corridor. Door 11 is the correct exit.

Go outside through door 11.
This is the correct exit. Leave the terminal through door 11.

Once outside, turn right.
Continue walking along the pavement beside the terminal.

Pass door 12.
Keep walking straight along the same pavement. You will pass door 12.

Continue to door 13.
Keep walking along the same pavement until you reach door 13.

Cross the pedestrian crossing.
In front of door 13 you will see a pedestrian crossing. Cross to the other side.

You have reached the meeting point.
Immediately after crossing the pedestrian crossing, look to your right. The meeting point is beside the Radio-Taxi sign.
Wait here for your driver.
Your vehicle will be waiting at the agreed meeting point. If you have any difficulty finding your driver, contact Pedir Taxi Madrid directly.
